Your plan hours go to whatever matters most that month: fixes, features, reviews or advice. Every month you get a report with the time log.

Working hours that overlap with yours
We are based in the Philippines. Support runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 Philippine time (UTC+8).
Asia-Pacific
Southeast Asia shares our working day. Sydney is 2–3 hours ahead, so most of your day overlaps; Auckland overlaps in the afternoon.
Europe
Your mornings. 15:00–19:00 in Manila is 08:00–12:00 in Brussels and Berlin (09:00–13:00 in summer).
North America
Async by default, with scheduled call windows. New York and Toronto are 12–13 hours behind Manila, so your morning is our evening.
